Rembrandtplein
While I walked home from work I noticed that there were some workers still working at “The Bank” building at the Rembrandt square. I hesistated a bit but toke the plunge and walked straight into the building. The workers were in the basement busy with heavy noise making machinery. I walked pass them and asked if I could take some pictures inside the building. They said it was ok as long as I did not take anything with me. Of course that was not my intention, my intention is to bring back some good pictures. I walked a bit around in the building and took some pics but I really wanted to go up and see if I could take some aerial views of the Rembrandtplein. Then I noticed a stairway which was a bit hidden and walked all the way up to the rooftop from where I took this picture. It was a nice experience with a very nice view over Amsterdam. Maybe I’ll head back and bring my tripod and a good wide angle lens. Allthough maybe I won’t by this lucky next time with the friendly workers.
